Beautiful outdoor areas all year round! Miles of prepared ski trails and prepared sledding hill in winter - only 15 min away. Proximity to Tangen Dyrepark in summer. Nice cycling opportunities, as well as well suitable for hunting, fishing, mushrooms/berries and swimming in nearby lakes. Especially Granerudsjøen and Bergsjøen are recommended! Bed linen/towels available for 100,- per person.

Short distance to Tangen Dyrepark, Stange, Hamar, Gardemoen and Oslo. New house near Storsjøen. WC, Water, Toys, Great nature. Close to Tangen Zoo, Hamar and Oslo. Hammoc for clean.

There are plenty of hiking tracks in the forest, and we have two bikes for rent so you can explore the countryside roads. Storsjøen is a large lake great for fishing both in the summer and winter. In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.

Make memories for a lifetime at this unique and family-friendly place! Gamle Austvatn farm is a magnificent house with 460 m2, bright and large rooms and idyllic outdoor areas. The farm is located right by Storsjøen, and in winter the lake is frozen, ski slopes are groomed, hiking trails are marked out to the islands and it is possible to walk, skate or kick support.
