We loved visiting Dunkirk and it’s history. The apartment added to that sense of history with its location and interesting features and helped to bring the Dunkirk story to life. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We parked very close by and everything was within walking distance . Great location to visit the main attractions and buses are free if you want to go out further to visit the Dunkirk war cemetery. Dunkirk has an amazing number of great beach bars and restaurants literally 5 minutes from the apartment which was great. A perfect place to stay whether you’re a couple like us or if you had children. We could see it would be a perfect place to bring children along too. Sylviannne has thought of everything .

Nous venons de passé 3 jours dans le logement de Sophie et Pascal, Pour nos première vacances depuis l'arrivée de bébé, et nous regrettons pas du tout ! Très facile d'accès, très facile a trouvé une place de parking toujours disponible ( en avril ). Le logement et fidèle a la description et au photo il fais même plus grand en vrai, nous avons pu installer un lit parapluie pour notre petite fille de 14 mois sans soucis et nous avions encore de la place pour circuler. Tout le nécessaire est disponible, même le sèche cheveux ! Le petit jardin a était fort appréciable tout nos repas on était pris dehors face à la mer et au magnifique couché de soleil ! Nous avons tout fais a pied le centre ville et a proximité,boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie ! La petite a joué dans le sable juste en descendant des escaliers devant le studio ! Sophie a toujours était disponible au moindre soucis ! Sincèrement je le conseille à tous ! C'est le logement parfais pour quelque jours de repos au calme !

merci André de nous avoir permis de passer un très chouette séjour dans la région, le logement est vraiment très bien décoré et très cosy, on se sent vraiment très bien et on a bien profité ! petit bémol si il faut dire quelque chose, il manque une grande casserole dans le matériel de cuisine, et la taille de l'évier ne permet pas d'envisager de la grande cuisine même pour deux personnes. mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre très chouette séjour. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! on recommande

Appartement neuf très bien aménagé assez proche de la plage. Bonnes literies. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Alexia et Damien sont des propriétaires très sympathiques et très réactifs.

Le logement de Séverine était propre et fidèle aux photos et la description L'emplacement de la location est parfait et sa proximité avec la plage est un vrai plus Seul petit bémol le stationnement est payant mais indépendant de l'hôte bien évidemment Nous remercions Séverine pour cet agréable séjour

Wieder einmal ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Tolle Wohnung, modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden! Man wohnt direkt über dem Strand, perfekte Mischung zwischen ruhigen Dünen und Stadt mit Restaurants...

Nous avons passé 3 jours formidables. Idéalement situé pour avoir accès directement à la plage à pied, ainsi qu’à tous les restaurants et boutiques du bord de mer (et avec un parking privé au pied de l’immeuble). La vue du balcon est imprenable pour profiter de l’envol des cerfs-volants tout en évitant la foule. Estelle est une hôte très sympathique et réactive et le logement était dans un état impeccable à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alain, l'appartement est très agréable avec une jolie vue afin de profiter du coucher de soleil.

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Wonderful retreat which offered a sense of being private & slightly apart from busyness of Margate whilst being less than 2 mins walk from the vibrancy all Margate can & does offer. The accommodation was charming, welcoming, contemporary & full of vintage uniqueness plus offering expansive sea views via the front room/kitchen space & one of the bedrooms. Personally, we loved the walk up the original spiral staircase to the apartment but may be an issue if mobility needs to be considered. Access to excellent activities, events, shops, restaurants are within 3mins walk. It is a foodies delights re restaurants however there is a well-stocked & reasonably priced Aldi 3 mins walk away too. Free on-street parking directly outside accommodation also a bonus. Stephanie was communicative & responsive prior & during our visit with helpful support & suggestions. In all a lovely space to relax, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Stephane. Definitely will return & recommend!

Curt & Eugene have been top tier hosts with prompt responses and great recommendations. Arrival and parking was a breeze and they had provided us with a lovely personal welcome, their apartment was a home away from home being tranquil, private and provided everything you could need. Wonderful memories have been made which shall be cherished thanks to their hospitality. The location is a short drive to the city's such as Bruges, Antwerp and Ghent with easy park & rides, we had an amazing week with no faults or hassle! I would highly recommend Curt & Eugene's place to stay, we would love to stay again in the near future.

Séjour ensoleillé , très agréable de 3 nuits dans cet appartement au calme un peu en retrait de la ville , logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût , très fonctionnel , bonne literie , tout le necessaire dans la cuisine , le balcon qui est un plus , dans oublier l ascenseur bien pratique à l arrivée et au départ pour les valises … Seule déception : la piscine en maintenance toute la durée de notre séjour …

We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

Un logement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce avec une belle piscine couverte. Résidence située à proximité immédiate de l'hippodrome et de l'aéroport, il est pénétrable de prévoir des vélos pour se déplacer facilement vers le centre ville et le quartier des plages. L'appartement est vraiment confortable, la résidence est plutôt calme bien que ce soit très familial. Une mention toute particulière pour la literie de grande qualité. Enfin, un hôte disponible pour échanger et répondre aux questions si besoin. Idéal pour 2 ou 4, bien qu'il puisse accueillir 6 personnes (lit convertible dans le salon)

Agréable séjour, très dépaysant avec la vue sur le lac et les activités aux alentours. Serge est un hôte très agréable et réactif. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

L'appartement de Bruno est propre et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans une résidence sécurisée et calme avec une place de parking privée. Il est proche du centre ville de Lille où vous pouvez vous rendre en bus très facilement (arrêt tout proche) et même à pied si vous êtes un bon marcheur. Bruno est accueillant et très arrangeant quant à l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
