Just peace, silence, rush over the pine germs and lighthouse in the wood stove. Seldalen is a old spring bar with a traditional, simple western stall cabin. Don't rain with sun every day - nature is weather, and you have to adjust to it! Go hiking from fjord to mountain, enjoy the vertical landscape and end the day with a refreshing bath in Huldrekulpen.

The apartment is located in the Park in Høyanger city center. The buildings exemplify the English garden towns and are protected today because of their great cultural historical value. There are new furniture and beds of good quality. The apartment has fiber and 55 inch TV with Sono's audio system. Viaplay, Netflix etc. Own iPad with various newspapers like Dagens Næringsliv. Coffee machine. The apartment is 96 sqm on a level and appears spacious with a ceiling height of 2.80 m. Electric charging of car 150 m away.

Big Cabin

Ortnevik is two and half hours north of Bergen, on the south side of the Sognefjord. It's a picturesque Norwegian village sitting by the fjord at the foot of the Stølsheimen National Park. The local ferry can take you to see a bit more of the surrounding area, such as Vik, Voss and Flåm. Along side the mountain and forest trails, fishing and rowing activities found here. We expect guests to clean the cabin to the same standard they found it in or there is the option of cleaning for 500 NOK.

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

Cabin in beautiful Måren overlooking the Sognefjord

My cabin can be found in Høyanger municipality, in the small village of Måren. To get to Måren you have to take a ferry (MS Lysefjord) from Nordeide, Ortnevik or Vik. There are no shops or kiosks in Måren, so you need to plan well with regard to food and other things you would need during your stay. In other words, you have to shop everything you need before traveling over with the ferry. The cabin is fully equipped and has everything you need for a nice stay.
