(8-16 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from the nightlife, train station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. The listed house, which is located in the middle of Nordhorn, has been renovated and furnished in the country house style. An open-plan living & dining area with an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a duplex room awaits you on a 60m², which can be reached via a steep staircase. Once at the top there are 2 more single beds. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hair dryer. Wifi & parking is provided.

Adjacent to nature reserve Mantingerveld is our spacious, cozy cottage for 10-12 people on a small villa park. There is a large garden with rural canopy and views of the pond. From our house you can walk and bike directly along old paths or visit for example Het Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte or do the Drentse Brocanteroute. At 600 m is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a fine kitchen.
