This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Beautiful apartment/annex in the centre of Gravdal (middle of Lofoten) for rent. 1/hr drive to Svolvær (east) and Å (west), and just 5 minutes from Leknes airport. The property is in quiet neighbourhood of Gravdal centre, with an ocean view of Buksnesfjorden and the surrounding mountains and a 300m walk to supermarket, café, busstops, hospital and several hiking trails. It’s a great location to explore the Lofoten islands as it’s not too far to go either way.

Du kommer ikke nærmere naturen - med en glassfasade på nærmere 30 kvm har du følelsen av å sitte ute mens du sitter inne. Om det er midtnattsol eller nordlys - det blir aldri kjedelig å se på havet, fjellene og dyrelivet langs Bergsfjorden. Hytta var ferdig høsten 2018 og har høy standard.
