Berries and mushrooms can be picked in the forest that is around the property. In the surroundings, there are fantastic beaches, for example. Örsten Nature Reserve by the sea. During the winter months, there is an electric light trail near the house. Fireplace, sauna, hot tub (at an additional cost)

Log cabin with double bed, (children can sleep on extra mattress) kitchen area, fridge, microwave, stove and toilet. Sauna with outdoor shower with cold water. Small sleeping cabin with two beds that can be rented separately (SEK 200). Close to Öre River (1.5 km) and to a very beautiful sandy beach by the sea (3.5 km). Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a great chance to see red deer, elk and cranes in the fields around. The host couple live in a house on the property.

Fishing license is required and can be purchased online.

Cottage by lake and forest outside Örnsköldsvik

The cottage is located by Gissjön with beautiful views 30 km NW of Örnsköldsvik, Höga Kusten. No party place. It's a quiet and relaxing environment. The cottage has its own beach with swimming facilities. Also close to the public swimming area Granto. That swimming area has a nice sandy beach with a sauna and is located in a unique rock pot with vertical rock walls. In the same area is one of Sweden's longest bedrock caves, the Skallberg Caves. In winter, there are plenty of snowmobile trails. Nice fishing waters all around.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and a towel

Charming cottage by the lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature. This simple accommodation is located at the top of Lake Stybbersmark. Here you have access to both a rowboat and a raft that you can go out and fish/swim from. If you like hiking, you have Arnäsleden just outside the courtyard. At the barbecue ring, you can then grill the fish you caught, or relax in the sauna that you have heated with both hot water and the generator, or just relax in front of one of the stoves.
