Bjølsen is quietly located between Nydalen and Sagene, and the apartment is located in green surroundings right by Akerselva. An urban area close to several of the city's many parks. 🌳🍃 High first floor, with balcony and garden that can be used all year round. The apartment has a hallway, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. In summer, the sun comes on the balcony at about 1:30 pm - 7:00 pm.🌤️🌙

Parking with a parking ticket (on the right-hand side when entering from the main road); limited number of spaces, but on-street parking is also available not far away.

The appartment is 51 m2 and contains two bedrooms, one living room with kitchen and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have 140*200 double-beds. Outside the living room there is a large terrasse with lounge and dining area.
