It is the top apartment in the block from 2023 with a south/west facing balcony with a lovely view (sea soft). Shared roof terrace one floor up, same entrance. A very quiet area with great hiking opportunities. Short distance to the tea court and good bus opportunities. The housing association is very modern with a focus on the greenery. Lovely garden and play areas on the outside. Has a double bed and a sofa that can be made up. For extra people, please let me know and it can be arranged. Animals are not allowed but can be agreed in detail.

The apartment has a corridor, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room and living room. In summer, the sun comes on the balcony about 1:30 pm - 7:00 pm.🌤️🌙
