Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after trips in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

It has a private entrance and a private spacious patio, well suited for both meals and socializing. The apartment and the associated patio are east-facing and have morning sun. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a short distance to nice hiking areas both in summer and winter, and only a short drive down to Mjøsa. Leisure residence is located in a established and pleasant cottage area of Furutangen, Nordre Osen, about 35 minutes west of Trysil. Great cross country trails in the immediate vicinity, where you slide into the porch in winter with the skis on your legs, from 50 km of trails. Super hiking conditions fall and summer! Furutangen ski center has 2 ski lifts and 5 slopes- open on weekends. There is also a children's hill for the youngest.

Short drive away from a store that is open every day. 8 km to Alpine facilities (Furutangen) and 40 min by car to Trysilfjellet. The cabin has two bedrooms with family beds as well as a bedroom in the annex with bunk beds (a total of 6 beds inside and two in the annex). Wood-fired sauna and hot tub (not in use < -10 ℃).

The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.
