The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Included in the rent is also TV with chromecast, towels, linens and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 min will take you to Oslo city centre. The bus departs every 15 minutes.

Malmøya, and the city, is best experienced by bike or foot. We have a maid cleaning the property. You only need to throw out the trash.
