A short distance to, among other things, a grocery store, the library, Markedet shopping centre, the university college, the hospital and hiking areas. The 3-room apartment is located on the second floor of a building built around 1899. Only a short walk to the coffee shop in the library park.

Nærmeste butikk, Kiwi, ligger kun 900 meter unna, og storsentrene Amanda og Oasen er omtrent 1 km fra hjemmet. Det er gode bussforbindelser til sentrum, som også nås på ca. 10 minutter med bil. Fine uteområder i nærheten.

You will find the hiking area, barbecue area and swimming area just around the corner.

Furthermore, the quiet surroundings make it magical when you take a bath in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
