Due to mining, an exciting urban transformation is taking place in Kiruna and a new city center was opened in September 2022.

Final cleaning is done between different guests and is charged separately. This is a private apartment rental and not a hotel or bed and breakfast.

Cozy private apartment as part of an apartment building/larger villa in a good location with 200 meters to the grocery store, 200 meters to cross-country skiing/exercise tracks, 450 meters to the local ski slope and 150 meters to the bus stop that can take you to the new Kiruna city center. The train station is about 1.5 km away where there is a walkway. There are also a couple of restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

An apartment with entrance from the garage. 25 square meters with shower/toilet and kitchen. You don't have to buy drinking water. There is good drinking water in the tap. Before departure, leave the apartment cleaned and leave the bed linen in the garage, thank you.
