The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house has three floors and two entrances, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The feeling of being on countryside with it's calm nature with forest beside and lake within a few hundred meters , despite there is only half an hour or 20 km to Stockholm city. The house is surrounded by calm and relaxing nature, but still close to shops, public transports and commercial life. There is a nice lake and two beaches at 10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you will live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 1700s, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.
