The house has everything in terms of kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, TV, Wi-Fi and more. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. The annex is heated and has hot water.
