This old cosy cottage has been newly renovated. There is now a nice new kitchen, a new fully tiled bathroom and a new bedroom with two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a stove. There is a smaller cabin with two beds on the property. We have a hot tub for 6 people all year round and a heated pool in summer, approx. weeks 24-32. Electric car charging point. A few hundred metres away is a bathing jetty with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find peace and quiet in a scenic setting with the sea close by and create new wonderful memories.

Cottage built in 2013, 41 sqm with sea views, fully equipped with full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. The cottage is located next to other houses but with access to two private patios with garden furniture and grill. Outside the cottage there is a hot tub/jacuzzi for booking. The environment is calm and peaceful. Perfect for families with children or couples who want a relaxing, beautiful environment to stay in. It is possible to swim in the sea from the jetty/ladder, 100 meters from the cottage. Rock pools and sandy beach are located in the nearby area (car).

Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation. Here you live beautifully by the water in a main building with a smaller guest house and garage. From your own jetty, you can fill the days with swimming, sun, lovely barbecue evenings. Discover the surroundings from the water with SUPs. The buildings are located high up and the plot ends down towards the water, which gives the property's houses private locations. Even if there are neighbors on both sides, you are not disturbed by each other. The patios are large with many seating areas and a hot tub.

Cabin in Nävekvarn

Our cozy Sörmlandstorp is located just outside idyllic Nävekvarn, with a swimming area, forest and hiking trails around the corner. A glimpse of Bråviken and the archipelago can be seen from the cabin that was built in 1920. The jetty (5-minute walk) has both a child-friendly and a deeper part. Kolmården Zoo is 30 minutes away. In Nävekvarn there is a beach, harbor tavern, ice cream shop and grocery store. Heated hot tub is on the patio. In the kitchen and bathroom there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In addition to 6 beds, there are 2 children's beds.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, near the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The accommodation consists of a large kitchen for cooking and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also a high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine are in a separate building next to the cottage and adjacent to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra) and lounge area.

Discover the surroundings from the water with Askeladden boat, kayak, SUP. The main house is located high and the plot slopes sharply down towards the water, which gives the property's three small houses private locations with their own balconies towards the water. Even though there are neighbors on both sides, you are not disturbed by each other. The patios are large with many seating areas and a hot tub.

Get close to the tranquility of this cozy retreat. In the middle of nature, at the end of the road, you will find Camp Bremyra. You have your own compact cottage, fully-equipped kitchen, beds for up to 4 adults, toilet, terrace & lake view. You also have a spa cabin with shower, wood-fired sauna, relaxation area & a wood-fired hot tub. A 150-meter walk leads to a private jetty with a sandy bottom. We have our cottage on the property, but rarely stay there during your booking, you will have everything basically to yourselves. Come out and enjoy the silence!

Bada i jacuzzin och grilla en god middag på altanen. Med en sprakande brasa i kaminen, flera TV:s med Netflix och stora soffor att slappa i, blir det semester i alla väder. Ni sover gott i sängar för 4 personer, med möjlighet till extrabäddar för upp till 8 personer. Sängkläder och badlakan ingår.

The wing building (left in helicopter image) gives you as a guest a private accommodation with a very high standard in a rural environment only 10 minutes from central Linköping. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms + sauna and hot tub outdoors. Electric car charger is available for a fee. This accommodation is best suited for the big family, girl/guy gang or the 2-3 couples who want something out of the ordinary!
