Our 170 m² family gîte in Champagne, located in Vitry-en-Perthois in the Marne department, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Just 25 minutes from Lake Der, enjoy a stay in the countryside, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities. Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, our fully equipped holiday home offers the opportunity to explore the vineyards and enjoy champagne tastings. This comfortable property with an outdoor area provides a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen and a convivial and peaceful space.

Big single-storey home

This peaceful 130 m² house offers a relaxing 50 m² living room for the whole family on an enclosed, wooded plot, at the foot of the Champagne vineyards. 10 minutes from Vitry-le-François, 20 minutes from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 minutes from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. There is a supplement of €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for a maximum of 6 people. No parties or gatherings.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. A pellet stove will warm you up. Garden furniture in a country setting is at your disposal.

Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has 2 terraces, one of which is covered so you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and offers privacy (no windows facing the adjoining owners' house). You can enjoy the 3,500 m² garden (shared with us). You can move the garden furniture.
