Bed linens, towels and cleaning equipment are available to borrow. Please leave the cabin in the condition you want to find it. Parking at the barbecue area outside the cabin. Proximity to beautiful excursions with rapids and fishing with a fishing license. Play park and football field.

Loan of bed linens and towels and detergents are included in the rental rate. Dogs and cats have previously stayed in the house and are welcome.

Simple accommodation with everything on the same floor. Firewood for a fire is included from October to April. Walking distance to grocery store and bus station, about 10 minutes. Walking distance to railway station, about 15-20 minutes. Car distance to Storklinta (for slalom and outdoors) about 20-25 minutes. Internet is available via fibre. Bed linen and towels are included at no extra cost, so please make sure you specify the correct number of guests when booking.

Here you will find peace for rest, enjoy in a quiet environment by the Umeälven river and nature. Sit by the beach, barbecue area , swimming and sunbathing. Close to a slalom slope, lots of miles of great snowmobile trails, there are companies that rent out snowmobiles, fishing in the river or lake, ice fishing or summer fishing. In the yard, we have hens and a rooster that crows beautifully, giving a rural feel. Sometimes there may be new eggs to enjoy.
