Seashore Studio - self-contained with direct access to garden and shore and fab view of Holy Isle across the bay. The studio is flexible (double/twin bed with optional third bed) making it a nice hideaway for a couple or friends sharing. Local cafes, hotels and shops are a 15 min walk. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, kayakers, & birdwatchers. Andrew, your host, is a local artist and conservationist who helped create the South Arran Marine Protected Area. Cuilabhaila House: sea front with stunning views

Cuilabhaila, (‘Coola valla’) is Gaelic for "edge of the village", and is ideally located on the beach front in Lamlash. Built in 1896 the house offers spacious Victorian rooms with high ceilings, and original features. Warm yourself by the open fireplace after a swim, or sit in the conservatory to watch the seals. The large private back garden is ideal for relaxing but for the more energetic the house is within easy walking distance of the golf course, restaurants and the pier for an ice-cream.
