Rowanbank House

The House is a traditional, south-facing, sandstone cottage which retains many of its original features. In addition to 2 bedrooms, the House benefits from a lounge, conservatory style-dining room and separate TV room. The House is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the popular Auchrannie Spa. On site parking is available and upto 2 pets are welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

Fencefoot Farm

Accommodation is in a spacious 2 bedroom Victorian house, built in 1870. It is part of a courtyard with a 17th century farmhouse (where Bernard the host lives), a deli, smokehouse and award-winning seafood restaurant. The house is between the A78 road and the Fairlie moors, where you can find walking and cycling routes with outstanding views of the Clyde coast. Ferries to Arran / Millport / Dunoon / Rothsay are close by (Ardrossan 15 minutes drive, Largs 10 minutes). Licence number NA00037F.

Ideal couples base for exploring the Island

No 1 Shedock Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out, originally a shepherds cottage it is now a very modern living space. The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen extension to the rear this follows onto a private sitting area outside at the back of the cottage. The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Heating throughout the cottage is electric with flame effect fire in the living room.

Located in the north Arran village of Lochranza, this house is an ideal jumping off place for hiking, visiting Arran’s attractions or for a day-trip to Kintyre. By day, enjoy watching the yachts come and go and catch sight of some of Arran’s wildlife. In the evening, cozy up in front an open fire after taking in one of Arran’s long sunsets. Silverbank, built by Captain Patterson in 1770 has been fully refurbished over the past two years. It commands a prominent position in the town of Whiting Bay with its long sweeping lawn to the front. A newly installed deck to the front and 7 person hot tub has recently been installed May ‘24.
