I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Additional cleaning fee applies .

The living room has a new fridge, dining table & chairs, lounge with pull out sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD Blueray. Outdoor area has BBQ with side burner, seating and attractive garden setting.

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situated in a unique neighbourhood. Large private blocks with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 or 8 people, however, it would be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. Lots of wildlife.
