Welcoming, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Between Broek and Duin". Recently renewed with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: If you book for 1 person, you have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But very maybe you have to share the bathroom and separate toilet.

Entire private guest room (former, completely renovated and modernized garage) with its own entrance and private bathroom. Parking space in front of the door. A lovely stay in a quiet residential area, on the edge of a woodland and yet close to the vibrant city of Eindhoven; only a 15 minute drive (by private transport or taxi) from Eindhoven Airport! There is coffee and tea facilities, wifi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Completely non-smoking Airbnb. Please read the entire description.

The whole is located in a beautiful, rural wooded location in the beautiful Brabant countryside There is a lot of peace and privacy; wake up with the sound of birds singing. Right next to the Beekse Bergen and in the middle of Hilvarenbeek, Tilburg and Oisterwijk. Lots of biking and hiking routes nearby. Within walking distance (1 km) a cozy restaurant.

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary vacation rental with private entrance and was recently renovated in part of a long facade farm, where once the cowshed and hayloft was. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a seating area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
