Waterfront holiday rentals in North Brabant

Everything is great! The apartment is very tasteful, the bed is super comfortable and the duvet nice and cozy. The kitchen was also very clean. The only thing that should be noted is that the bedroom is separated from the living room only by glass. This provides good soundproofing, but no privacy screen (light). So it's not possible for someone to stay up longer.

First-class, super well maintained and top clean place!! Located extremely nice and we had a wonderful time there. Unfortunately, we ruined a pot while cooking last night. The hosts were generous in the regulation and waived the damage for us! Thank you so much again! Highly recommend booking here! No criticism. It was perfect all around!

We enjoyed our stay at Iris’ place. The house was warm, clean and cosy. The fact we had to wear sliders in the house was fine but it did make us a little nervous about noise even though we were incredibly careful not to.

Wonderful place in the city, beautiful city center within walking distance. Cozy living room and lovely deck on the waterfront. A top spot for 1-2 days exploring Dordrecht!

It really has everything you need and you can tell how much love Lieke and her family put into the house. It's cozy, practical and just beautiful. The surroundings are great and we will only be happy to come back! Absolutely recommended!

We’re super happy with our stay! The check-in experience was incredibly smooth — we received video tutorials that explained everything clearly, which made it all so easy and stress-free. They even added a baby chair for us, which we really appreciated. The house is even more beautiful and well-decorated than in the pictures — and that’s saying something! If you’re lucky to catch good weather, the backyard is an absolute dream and makes it hard to leave. Highly recommend this place!

I was travelling with my Mum (83) who has difficulty walking and our choice of Lukas' appartement was just perfect since it is easily accessable (no steps/ lift). the appartement was just as described, the "old city" is within walking distance and the train station is not far either. The kitchen is well equipped and Lukas was very attentive: we arrived in the evening and were welcome with next days' breakfast in the fridge (thanks again! ). The Boxspring bed is very comfi (and the appartement complex was really quiet ), the walk in shower with a choice of rainshower or "normal"... Communication was easy and Lukas always answered astonishingly quickly, check-in and -out as easy. All in all- a lot of good reasons to come back !

Small cocoon of tranquility in the heart of a charming little village. This accommodation is beautiful both outside with the terrace and views of the beautiful lake, and inside. Nothing is missing (towels, sheets, hair dryer, iron, etc.) and the services are of quality (comfortable bedding, XXL bathroom with shower and bathtub, large living room where it is good to rest in the evening, kitchen). We loved our long weekend in this accommodation about 30 minutes from cities to visit like Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague. Only to note: provide earplugs for the night because when the accommodation above is occupied, we heard walking/running until late and it echoed in our accommodation.
