Welcome inside a bright and charming apartment with a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed. The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2023 and is therefore in the best condition. A central but quiet location, close to pedestrian streets, cafes and restaurants and where you can easily take a walk along Aalborg's beautiful waterfront. The apartment is less than a kilometer from Aalborg station, and good bus connections take you to the airport within 15 minutes. Look forward to feeling at home in our home.

The apartment is part of a farm, which is located in Attrup with a good view of Limfjorden. The village is also close to the North Sea, Fosdalen, Svinkløv, Hærvejen and the Vejlerne Bird Sanctuary. Apartment with panoramic views of Limfjorden and private entrance. From the living room, kitchen and two of the three bedrooms, there is a free view of the fjord to Livø, Fur and Mors. A completely unique spacious apartment of 80 square meters with 6 beds plus a baby bed. There is a TV with Netflix etc. in the living room. There is a toilet and bath in the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a house on a three-bedroom farm and was completely renovated in 2017. Sights include Thy National Park.

Penthouse apartment close to beach and harbor

There is a lovely private roof terrace with gas grill for free use. Nice view from the terrace, you can just glimpse the sea between the trees. We live about 500m from the harbor with child-friendly beach on both sides. Here you can often buy fresh fish directly from the boats in the morning. It is 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. Trains run many times a day both ways and it only takes about 15min. The apartment is at the end of a dead end road, and there is always peace and quiet.

There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.
