Our cozy wooden house is located only about 150 meters from the sandy beach on Louns peninsula in beautiful nature, with many opportunities for walking, running and cycling. Nice harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the town's inn or marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with a heat pump, wood stove. Free and stable WiFi internet Satellite TV with Danish and various German channels.

We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. The most wonderful little holiday home for you and your family or maybe a couple of good friends. It’s simple, Nordic and very charming - especially, if you light up the stove. It’s close to the ocean, the town restaurants like Klitmøller Røgeri, Håndpluk, Le Garage, and Kesses Hus, and the surf hub. It’s located in a holiday area, so you’ll most likely have a few neighbors around - but don’t worry, the ground is big, so you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. Relax and enjoy the summer in this beautiful cottage. The house is located on a scenic ground (2400 squeare meters ) from which you can glimpse the sea and enjoy the sunset. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
