It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

Originally the old stable block but now a beautifully presented 2 bed self catering property which comfortably sleeps 4, however there is a small sofa bed offering the option for 5 guests.
