Holiday rentals with a kayak in North Naples, Collier County

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

Chris was a responsive and accommodating host! The house was AMAZING! The location was perfect. Highly recommend Chris and this house.

Our group's AirBNB cancelled last minute due to a leak, we quickly shifted to Dave's property in Bonita Springs and were so happy we did. The home is wonderful, backyard/pool is beautifully landscaped with plentiful seating, neighborhood is peaceful and a quick walk to adorable downtown Bonita Springs. Dave's recommendations we're spot on (try the The Bohemian!) and really helped us pivot quickly from our original plan further south in Naples. Great stay, we hope to be back!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning landscape—lush tropical greenery, swaying palms, and a peaceful water view that made every morning feel like a dream. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. Every room is stylishly decorated with antique high-end touches that still manage to feel cozy and inviting. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail—from the plush furnishings to the vibrant artwork and elegant lighting. We spent our days lounging by the crystal-clear pool and our evenings by the fire pit, watching the sun set over the lake. Whether we were sipping coffee on the patio or enjoying a relaxing swim, every moment here felt like pure bliss. We felt right at home in this rental. The kids loved the pool, the outdoor space was comfortable and quiet. Easy drive to anything you need and John was super responsive.

The Flamingo Oasis was very quiet and comfortable. The heat worked well when we had record cold temperatures. The location is very close to Celebration Park, Rebecca's 360 and San Julian Tacos which are excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Teresa's home exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice, as it was bigger than shown. Additionally, it was extremely clean with a fresh scent when we arrived. The pool was great for 3 adults and 2 kids (aged 9 and 4) and had a fairly large shallow end. There were plenty of games and toys for the kids with one bedroom set up as a kid's room. There were plenty of supplies on hand, including hand soap, dishwashing liquid & dishwasher tabs, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper and laundry detergent & softener. A rarity in most other homes. The location is easily drivable to a variety of restaurants and shopping, with Miromar Factory Outlets about a 20 minute drive away. Finally, Teresa was an exceptional host and always responded within 1/2 an hour or less. When we had a small issue with the air conditioner and mentioned that we would be going out within 4 hours she said someone would be there before we left, but the pool maintenance company arrived within 1/2 an hour!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! It was exactly as described in the listing—immaculate, relaxing, and truly inviting. The attention to detail in the design and decor made it a joy to spend time there. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Mona was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She even sent us a heads-up (and picture) about an alligator who was in the area to make sure our fur-babies were safe. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a stunning property with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

What a lovely home and location! Well apportioned and clean! Very nicely updated, plenty of living space. Beds were lovely, internet fast, overall just awesome! Thanks for having us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Goodland for our anniversary. The view from the home was stunning, and made for the best sunrises and sunsets. The home itself was very clean and well stocked with everything to cook most of our meals there. We did lots of kayaking fishing and put in right at the house which was so convenient. Also, we spent a day at Tigertail Beach, found so many amazing shells, and enjoyed how uncrowded it was even on a Saturday. We loved how quiet and quaint Goodland was and being just a quick drive to everything on Marco island. Would definitely consider coming back again!
