The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain bike trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire place and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Haiku – a mini-house in Hailuoto

Haiku is a modern and compact (21.5 m2) mini-house in Hailuoto's Keskikylä. It exudes relaxation and peace, even though it is located with others like it in a housing association. The shops are about 1.5 km away and Hailuodon Brewery is less than a kilometer away. Marjaniemi is 11 kilometers away. You can also get there by public transport. Note: No sauna. Haiku has a fiber optic connection and is heated by ecological wind power. Air heat pump for cooling and heating. No animals. Fragrance-free detergents.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

Winter-inhabitable cottage

An atmospheric, winterised cottage 1.5 kilometres from the E75 road. The cottage has its own yard. At the private entrance, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-fired sauna for two people (wood is included in the price). The cottage has a TV with apps that work with the guest's own mobile data connection. The air heat pump keeps the cottage cool in summer. There is a small public beach 3 kilometres away.

A double bed in the bedroom, comfortable mattresses in the living room. Sleeps 4 people. An air source heat pump was installed in the cottage in August 2025. A well-equipped kitchen, a private sauna, good internet connection, a terrace and a yard. No pets allowed.
