It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. With pride and pleasure, I rent a 2-person garden suite in my outdoor accommodation separately from my house in Heemstede including use of a private bathroom (completely renewed in Dec 2022). There is free on-site parking and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout station is just across the road, and you can hire bicycles in Zandvoort or Haarlem. It takes 5 minutes by train to Haarlem and 23 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

Studio on houseboat on the outskirts of Amsterdam

Are you tired of the city for a while? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. (max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.
