Fully equipped cozy detached villa with huge garden & veranda. 2x2 and 1x 3-person rooms with luxury box springs. Separate office room with fast WiFi. Porch with large lounge sofa, 3 dining tables for 7 people. Carport with space for 3 cars. 10 minutes by car from Schiphol AirPort and 20 from Amsterdam. Public transport 40 min from Amsterdam. Detached, cozy furnished house with indoor fireplace on the (swimming) water. Optimal outdoor living and located 10 minutes from Amsterdam center. For this location you do need a car because of its location in nature. The house is equipped with every luxury. Nice to stay with friends(collect), partner or family. Ideal for weekend trip or week away. Free parking in front of the house. Incl. two shelves to explore the area. Visits and parties are not allowed in this house.

Modern water villa; staying on the water

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level house: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the platforms you jump into the water, or you sail away with the supboard or the rowing boat! From the large kitchen you look over the water. With a staircase down you enter the living room where it is wonderful to live and you are on the ground floor with the water. A level below are the bathroom and bedrooms and you stand "eye to eye" with the water.
