Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own easy access carpark. Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. There is a double bed and single swab for the floor if needed. plus, a double bed couch in the lounge. We have bassinet for small children Coffee and tea provided with full washing machine & kitchen.
