We had a great time at Canny Brow Barn. Everything you could possible think of or need for your stay, Ian and Anne-Marie had thought about, from a cocktail shaker to cleaning products to games. Would highly recommend!

Another great stay at Belle Vue Barn. Gavin went 'above and beyond' and is a great host. A fantastic location, beautiful barn and a friendly host. An absolute must if you are visit the area or venturing further out in Yorkshire. Thank you.

Great setting close to trough of bowland. Lovely to sit outside and watch the lambs while we ate our breakfast in the sun. Comfortable spacious accommodation and Ann was quick to respond to any questions / requests.

A few days away after the Easter BH weekend in the lakes and we couldn’t have chosen a better base. Steve was fantastic host and showed us around when we arrived. He also sent a great little itinerary if we wanted to visit any of the main areas which was also really good. The property and facilities were exactly as described (literally a home away from home) and we settled in right away. We only had a few night here but are already looking at planning a return. Thank you Steve for a lovely few days away.

Our stay at Sandysike was lovely, it was everything we hoped for and more. The instructions to find the property were clear and we were met with no problems. Both Sharon and her husband are lovely. I had some car problems and they went above and beyond to help and were super accommodating. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, clean and welcoming stay. We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous barn! The setting is absolutely picturesque, with beautiful views in every direction — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The barn itself is cozy, stylish, and full of charm. We especially loved the hot tub, which made the whole experience even more special. Everything was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to recharge. We would absolutely return and can’t recommend it enough!

Lovely, cosy little cottage on a working farm. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Gorgeous countryside views - loved watching the cows and sheep from the private balcony hot tub! We cycled 20 minutes to the nearest pub, the Milecastle Inn, which had great food, lovely staff and more beautiful views. The cottage is within walking distance of Hadrian’s wall too.

A beautiful space in a peaceful setting, Pat and Neil's barn conversion was perfect for the two of us and our Dog, it had all the amenities you need and was clean and really comfortable. We would stay again and definitely recommend! Really close to Keswick and easy access to the Lake District, loads of shops and restaurants a short drive away in Penrith.

It was everything we had hoped for. Amazing views, I know everyone says that, but genuinely out of this world. The house is set out very well, Everything works as it should. Barry is very helpful. We had a great time, local suggestion would be the Shepherds rest pub for dinner at sunset,

We had a lovely five-night break. The cottage is cosy, but was ideal for the two of us and our little dog. The secure garden was a highlight and perfect for any nervous dogs like ours, as it's peaceful with no one walking by. Nicola was helpful and quick to respond when we couldn't figure out the heating. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The only thing that would have been helpful was some shower gel as we arrived without any. Otherwise, it was well equipped and the cake and prosecco were a lovely surprise! Thank you Nicola 😊.

Beautiful property to relax and unwind with lovely surroundings and some good walks. Kev was responsive and friendly and we had no problems at all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

loved Karens place! beutifull old barn with a modern interior. everything you would need for a comfortable stay. we particular liked the log stove made the room really cosy not that you needed it as the central heating was on. gorgeous views from the patio doors. also everything was spotlessly clean. also the lovely hamper karen left with lots of goodies in . definatly top of our list of Air b&b places to stay.

Fabulous short break at Harry’s barn with the two terriers and family. Maulds Meaburn was a treat, pretty and quiet, all be it for the sounds from the newborn lambs taking their first walk around the village green and baby rooks in the rookery. Perfect for chilling, walks around the village and further afield, and other local activities in and around Penrith and the beautiful Eden valley. The doggies appreciated the welcome basket too! We had a really nice stay. The cottage was lovely and well kept with great shower facilities and little touches including a welcome pack of local produce. Sharon came to clean the hot tub each morning with the filter being changed between guests, bbq area (with large disposable BBQ to use, birds singing in a sheltered garden. Bathroom and hot tub towels provided, washing machine and tumble dryer easy to use. The beds were comfy and blackout blinds in all rooms. Beautiful surroundings; able to walk 30 minutes to an ice cream farm with play area or drive 5 minutes to Lowther castle

Lovely little place for a few days break. Even just off a busy road, it's quiet and peaceful. Great place with. great host who is very helpful with check in and check out :)

A beautiful cottage in truly stunning surroundings. There was everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. All of the instructions were extremely clear which was so helpful. Sarah was really responsive and happy to help with any queries. I couldn't recommend The Long Barn enough!

The Wild Woodpecker was a lovely place to stay. Super clean and a gorgeous part of the country.
