Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Around the living room you will find vinyl from the 80’s for you to enjoy. We offer books and board games and colouring books for children of all ages. To ensure a great start to your stay you will find a welcome basket containing essentials to make you feel comfortable after your journey and maybe some sweet retro treats.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

Self-contained annexe in central village location

Come and relax in our newly renovated annexe. You’ll have complete privacy in this separate accommodation, but we live next door so if there is anything you need, we’re only a message (or knock) away. The annexe comes complete with its own kitchenette to prepare simple meals using the microwave and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities, fruit juice, cereals and milk are also provided. There is a TV in the bedroom for watching iPlayer, Netflix or other TV apps.

“Hare Cottage" is a charming retreat nestled amidst the beauty of rolling farmland, offering an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while soaking in the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage provides modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and recharge. Hare Cottage is on the grounds of Hereford House (see photo 30) with its own fenced in garden and patio.
