Casa de adobe with a view, cozy with two bedrooms and close to the center but at the same time in nature It has an external hydromassage, brand Axelll. The house has an upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed and the downstairs bedroom has a double bed, both with air conditioning. The downstairs bathroom has a shower. The upstairs bathroom has no shower. Please note: Pets are not allowed in the house without exceptions. It is not allowed to accommodate more than 4 guests without prior agreement.

Excellent house with incredible ocean view and sunsets This modern design house is located almost at the top of the hill at Porto de Cima Beach with an incredible ocean view, beautiful sunsets and some months of the year you can get even the sunrise over the first beach ocean. This is strategic location for a simple reason, seems to be far away because is quiet, full of green and with a beautiful ocean view but it is just 430 meters from the main square of the village.

A unique retreat, in the middle of the trees, with stunning views. Perfect for couples, families or friends. Direct access to Prainha, the most beautiful and exclusive beach in Itacaré, by private stairs (you can be on the sand in 3 minutes). Wonderful infinity pool, large balcony and barbecue. Located in the famous Villas de São José condominium, designed by a renowned architect, with designer furniture and artwork. Excellent cook available, for a daily fee.

The environment is delicate and preserved in this family home of two en-suites (house F), kitchen, very comfortable veranda, barbecue and a swimming pool always at an optimum temperature with showers and a social bathroom. By adding Casa M, the family can accommodate up to 12 people and 1 baby in total. Daily housekeeping included (7-day period: 1 day off) Breakfast at an additional cost, upon request.

SAL&SOL are two twin houses just 150 meters from Patacho Beach (AL). The one you're seeing here is SAL. We built them with the utmost care to be our havens at times when we need to relax and seek inspiration. When we're not there, we rent both SAL and SOL. And we rent both together, too. They are independent houses, SAL with a swimming pool, SOL with a beautiful garden. They were inaugurated in May 2023 and are always very well maintained!
