K-Ville is a great, down to earth, off-grid spot to get away. We enjoyed drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the night. Make sure to read the description and instructions in full, and you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and enjoying your time here! If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The experience here is closer to that of camping.

We had a great stay at Jennifer and Deans cabin! It was very cozy and warm in the snowy weather, and Chloe gave us a great tour of the farm animals:) Jennifer was very kind in providing a bottle of wine and some local goodies, and we especially loved the cozy loft, comfortable couch and bathtub to relax in.

Really nice little cottage! Super cozy and with everything you need. In a nice area, with the beach really close. Would stay again!

We loved our stay in Lost River. Highly recommend Lost and Found pizza, Cranny Crow hike, and the butcher down the road for fresh beef. The Airbnb was perfect for our anniversary trip with our dog. Thank you!

As soon as we got settled in Dorothy’s beautiful cabin, we knew we’d be coming back in the future. The space itself is cozy, private but not isolated, and filled with genuine decor to make you feel right at home immediately. Dorothy herself is responsive and kind, we especially appreciated all the notecard descriptions of some of the family history behind items in the home. So beautiful. Could not recommend this host and this space enough. It truly tied together a perfect weekend for my girlfriends birthday celebration.

What a great find! This adorable, cozy cabin in an absolute oasis of a yard, was perfect for my short stay in Portland. Darcy and Jennifer were wonderful hosts! Their communication was helpful and friendly. I loved meeting them and getting a tour of the garden. The cabin was so cozy and had everything I expected. They were very clear about the bathroom situation - composting toilet and schedule a shower at the main house - so my expectations were managed. I was able to Uber into Portland for a wonderful night on the town with some friends and then make the quick trip to the airport in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

As always, Beverly is a fabulous host going above and beyond what is needed. She was concerned for my well being making sure the pathway was shoveled from the snow and that I was warm enough in the arctic chill.

This is a beautiful home and peaceful setting. Our first experience with a tiny house and we enjoyed our restful stay! The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome!

I cannot recommend Judith’s tiny home enough. I visited for a new nights as part of my first ever solo trip, and this was the perfect spot for a female solo traveler. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and super safe—I was able to confidently walk to town in about 15 minutes and really enjoyed the view going both ways. Judith was readily available via text throughout my entire stay. She provided many relevant recommendations for things to do during the winter season (not quite as many options as summer), and we even got a chance to spend some time together on my final day. Her expertise in interior design is evident in the tiny home—it’s a perfect mixture of cozy & coastal with all of the needed amenities and more. Judith prepared the space with some cold water, snacks, and an up-to-date edition of the local paper for me to explore as I mapped out my plans for my stay. I would be thrilled to return to Judith’s space in the future—hopefully during warmer weather next time! :)

We had a wonderful time! The location was absolutely breathtaking, the house was clean, and everything was better than expected!

Sam's place was a perfect, weekend getaway surrounded by beautiful woods and a stream running just along the cute glamping cabin. Even on a cold night, the mineral spring hot tub was hot and steaming! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, nature sanctuary!

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway at Kaitlyn’s place! It was only a 25min drive from our home, but far away enough for some peace and quiet, relaxation and alone time! This tiny home is perfect! It is very modern, decorated nicely, provided everything we would need for the weekend and the amenities like the hot tub and cozy fire pit area toped it off! It’s absolutely perfect for the couple looking to reconnect and enjoy the one-on-one time every couple desires. Kaitlyn was a wonderful host. Very attentive and made the check-in process very easy with her detailed instructions sent ahead of time. We highly recommend this lovely place to anyone and we ourselves look forward to booking again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay in the hobbit house for our 5th year wedding anniversary! Marlan and is wife Miriam are very kind and personable. The handiwork of the dome structure Marlan created was remarkable. How wonderful to fall asleep to a roaring fire and listen to the spring peepers and wood frogs! We enjoyed a number of nearby hikes within a 30 min drive. It was overall a beautiful stay.

Yolanda was a dream host. She was easy to communicate with, very helpful and so friendly. The Tiny Home was amazing. So much attention to detail. So cute! And it was so peaceful and private. The ducks and chickens were so nice to have around and the super friendly cat was so sweet! We had the opportunity to meet Yolanda's lovely dogs too, which made the visit extra special! We will definitely be back!

Although I only stayed one night it was such a cute private little get away! The animals on the farm were so cute and friendly I will definitely be coming back sometime in the future!

What a beautiful view and peaceful location. Quiet neighborhood, safe and tranquil just as described. As I will be a regular traveler to the area I will look to stay again for future travels. Perfect for 1-2 people and the outdoor shower in a chilly morning was blissful. Dina was friendly and you would have known you were in there same property except for her to reach out and check in the day prior to leaving. 10/10 for any traveler looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway close enough to access anything you may want/need to do.

We can’t say enough about Emily and Gabe. This place was perfect for our parent getaway and really gave us what we needed to recharge and connect. I would highly recommend and we definitely will be back!

Incredible, charming, and peaceful place with lots of loving details throughout the property and in the Tiny Home itself. Felt right at home upon arrival. Great getaway from NYC with a 1.5hr train ride to Cold Springs from Grand Central and a 10-15 minute ride share. Incredible nature on the property and plenty of trailheads within walking distance. Vivian is a very welcoming and warm host with great communication. Great property any time of the year!

Lisa’s place was wonderful! The tiny home was exactly as described - adorable, private, and had everything we needed. Even in 30 degree weather, the heater did a great job of heating the tiny house and making us feel warm and comfortable. The bathroom connected to the house was also very well-described and easy to navigate. Lisa was kind and communicative and the stay couldn’t have been lovelier. Highly recommend for a cozy weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful time during our stay, it was a lovely cute space and we had everything we needed! Joshua was extraordinarily helpful when we got our car stuck in the snow, truly went above and beyond while being sincerely friendly, kind and patient. We will be returning when the opportunity arises.

My friend and I spent a lovely autumn weekend at this quiet cottage. We loved the beautiful surroundings and eclectic decorations. We especially liked the chicken lamp and hanging lights outside. The historic tiny home has real character, and the small but well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. The toilet in the kitchen area was a little quirky but we made it work. The bed in the loft and the couch were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the little porch to admire the garden, listen to the crickets, and watch the birds and rabbits. So peaceful and lovely, a chance to exhale. We enjoyed local outings to Clementine's ice cream, Narrow Lane orchard, and Goddard state park, and were within driving distance of Providence. We missed seeing Bertie in person, so we didn't get a chance to ask for her recommendations, but she was kind and responsive to our requests before we arrived.

Loved the stay and exploring the surrounding areas. It was such a joy to wake up and be greeted by the cute animals every morning on my way out. Fonzie the alpaca was my favorite. I would definitely recommend bringing the carrots and strawberries. It is also really nice to know that the proceeds of this Airbnb help a disabled farmer and her rescue animals. I will be back!
