Living Area Open to kitchen. Solid limed oak paraquet flooring. U shaped modular sofa designed especially for the space with movable footstool for serious lounging. Private, sheltered, timber decked courtyard with lounge type garden furniture and barbecue. Main Bedroom Spacious and elegant, with double height ceiling and stairs to private mezzanine. Double bed with high quality mattress, goose down duvet and pillows ( if you have allergies let me know I can change these) and top quality bedding. The room is beautiful at night with an attractive layering of designer lighting ( hotel style double switching from the bed) Limestone flooring and welcome underfloor heating. Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. Extras *Fresh flowers *Towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. *Luxury shower gel and hand soap provided in both bathrooms. *Collection of travel books relevant to the area. *A full extensive Victoria Terrace brochure produced just for you! Giving you everything you need to know on the house, the local area, and Dublin City and county. A PDF of this will be emailed to you prior your arrival. *Basic food parcel with local specialties. Entire house and garden Myself or my parents will be there to welcome you and show you around the house. If there's any issues one of us will be only a few minutes away. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Fancy a yoga class during your visit?...I teach in the studio next door. There's guest yoga mats in the house, and I'll get you a discount if you'd like to join my class. This is the luxurious garden apartment of a Georgian house, overlooking Sandymount Strand and yet 15 minutes from the city centre. It is a stylish combination of old bones and modern comfort. A beautiful garden is accessed through patio doors. Sandymount village, with its interesting shops and restaurants, is just a pleasant 10 minute stroll away. There is free street parking and excellent taxi and public transport. An oasis for work or leisure with a WiFi of 254 mbps.

Log cabin

The cabin is small and cozy with 2 bedrooms which has a double bed in each room, just be aware if booking for 4 people the cabin is tight for space. Local shopping centre is 5 minutes walk. Bus number 15 to city centre is a 24 hour service with a journey time of 25 minutes to 40 minutes depending upon traffic conditions. Train station 10 minutes walk. Airport is less than 15 drive time. The coastal towns of Malahide and Howth are close by and highly recommended to visit.

Clean, private and spacious self-contained space, suit couple. About 20 mins walk to O'Connell Street. Fully fitted bathroom, kitchen/living room, separate double bedroom. Near shops, pubs, and public transport. Suit quiet, non-smoking couple. Very good public transport, including the newly extended tram. You can get a tram just a few minutes walk away from the flat and it's only 4 stops into O'Connell Street! There are also buses nearby.

Stylish house very close to City Centre

Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 10 minute walk into city centre located along a lovely canal as well as Rathmines and Ranelagh. Recently renovated to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, two double and one single.
