It was so good that I thought it was an accommodation that I wanted to know alone. Beautiful and comfortable beach 2 minutes away And with the clever dogs that follow the beach together, Daily cleaning and towels provided allowed me to stay happier and more comfortable than at home during my stay. Of course, the owner and staff in the Listcomport House were also very friendly and accommodating. I really want to come back next time!!

It was a trip with my two children and my mother. My mother had some discomfort with her legs, and I chose this place because I wanted the first floor because there were children. I had a really comfortable and safe stay. The washing machine is on the porch, so you can do the laundry right away, and the refrigerator is large, so even if you buy a lot of groceries, you can go in. They take care of everything before they run out, and the cleaning service will make you feel like they are in full photos every day. If I ran out of delivery, it was really comfortable. There are dogs that protect the house well, and they say that our kids are no longer big. The owner communicates well with the inside and outside, so if you have any questions, please let me know. It was the first Saipan trip I chose because I liked the review, but I made so many good memories ^ ^

This place has a great location and a very minimalist approach. There is a common area for anyone trying to watch TV, then there are seperate private rooms. The showers are nice, though aimed a little high, the beds are comfy, the balcony is the 100% highlight. great view. I liked this spot. It serves as a nice home base for exploring the island. The staff is nice too. It would be nice to have appliances to cut back on food costs, but thats no big deal.

It was a great experience, I would definitely recommend friends to continue here, we got a beautiful sea view room with a beautiful view of the sea, when you open the window, you can see a very beautiful sea view.The administrator was also very communicative and actively helped us solve any problems. As soon as you arrive, you pick me up and the sea is awesome in front of the accommodation. It's a family trip for 5 people, and I didn't rent it separately, but the host lent me a car cheaply. They also took me to the local restaurant myself and changed it to an additional late checkout. The return flight was a dawn plane, but he drove me to the airport after sleeping. The accommodation was enough for a family of five, and there were dogs in the yard, which was very simple, and he drove me to the sea in front of the accommodation. Sometimes there were ants and small lizards, but it wasn't bothersome. The kids are going to take the geckos and raise them... lol There's a grocery store 3 minutes away, there's a grocery store, a beach, and it's awesome!! I intend to return this winter.🤩

This is the accommodation I went to find a reasonable price for 5 people for a month. The bottom line is very satisfying. There is really a beach less than 2 minutes away right after the accommodation. I've played all over Saipan Beach, and the beach at the accommodation is the best to play. It's quiet, clean, and the sand is very multiplied, no stones, and it's not deep, so it's very good to play with the kids. There is a kindergarten and school right next to the accommodation, so you can feel strongly stable, and the sound of children running around in the morning and evening is very good. It was the best because it was moderately quiet and the sound of people living. It's close to a nearby grocery store & bus stop on foot, and it's in the south, not in the middle of Saipan, so it's a great place to get around. Clean up every day, and be kind!! I liked everything, so I had a very comfortable day.! There weren't as many ants as I thought! I highly recommend it!

This was the second time staying at Mrs. Lee's comfort house. Quiet, clean, safe, and central. Also great value. All the necessary amenities plus welcoming gifts. Highly recommend to anyone going to Saipan.

The host is very helpful and friendly，response to every request from us！ Location has a great sea view，quiet neighborhood，clear night sky with stars. Host also provides car pick up service and breakfast，which is very convenient！ The room is clean and tidy with everything you need. There is a common kitchen，laundry and Ping-Pong table.... Very nice in a word！
