Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

Situated on the edge of Dartmoor with easy reach to local beaches, cycle paths or exploring deep gorges. There's plenty to see and do. Return back and relax over a BBQ in the summer garden. Interact with the chickens, ducks and geese, collect eggs or snuggle down under a cosy cover during a winters evening. Situated on the Ruby Way cycle trail and close to the Tarka Trail. Dartmoor and the beaches of North Devon and Cornwall are a short drive away. We are near a number of course fishing lakes and close to the river. You’ll love my place because of the privacy of having your own detached accommodation set in some of the most picturesque countryside in Devon. There is a village pub (no food served). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
