Beachfront holiday rentals in Northumberland Strait

The cottage was homey and very comfortable. Julie always responded to us very quickly, and stayed on top of all of our questions. The beach was incredible, the kids had as much fun as us. We definitely would recommend, and would love to go back!

Lyndsay's cottage was exactly what we were looking for in a month-long holiday rental. It was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. We were able to dial in to do school work, relax, spread out puzzles on the table, and cook all of our meals. The master bed was luxurious... we slept so well. And I brought way too many clothes, as we were able to keep up with laundry, so we wore the same cozy outfits over and over. Thank you, Lyndsay, for your hospitality! You were the best host! Dixie was extremely pleasant and helpful. The cottage was lovely and everything we had looked for. Beds were comfortable and the size of the space was nice. It was bright, airy and just like home. She even put a bag of ice in the freezer for us and it was ready for our first drink. It was a perfect experience all around.

Lisa and Jared’s place is amazing. We felt right at home. The space was beautiful inside and out and had all the amenities needed for a cottage stay. It was also setup perfectly for our two dogs who had a great vacation too, thanks to all the little touches (dog bed and toys, fenced yard, lots of sticks to chew). The view was breathtaking and the beach was wonderful to walk - lots of treasures to find. The house was also welcoming to our six year old with puzzles, games, and plastic plates/cups. We would recommend this stay to anyone and hope to get back again someday!

The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures! The appliances were great quality and the house was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We had a lovely stay!

Had a wonderful time here. The pool was fantastic, spent many hours floating in it. The covered deck a great place to spend time reading and watching birds, and the newly-renovated bathroom made me jealous! The property is large, my dog had a good time exploring. The sound of geese and ducks spendig the night on the beach lulled us to sleep. The house is a very short drive from Shediac main street, lots of restaurants and grocery shops and places to walk. The only downside I found to the place is at low tide, if the wind is in the right direction, there can be a sulphur smell outside. The smell doesn't last long and doesn't make it inside the house. Lauren was very helpful and quick in communications. Overall I'd highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Brent’s place for two days and everyone loved it. The views were stunning and we had a great time despite the cold. We even went kayaking when the sun came out. The rooms and bathroom were clean and we enjoyed the large windows with scenic views. Though the pool was closed for the season, the cozy gazebo made up for it and we spent most of our time there though we could only use it once due to rain and cold. Big thanks to Brent for being a responsive and kind host! One suggestion: Placing the jacuzzi under a covered deck/ retractable shade, so it can be enjoyed even in the rain while still have an ability to rub under the night sky.

Spacious home perfect for our family. We felt comfortable the minute we arrived. The short walk to the water offered us opportunities to see some beautiful sunrises. This side of the island was quiet and peaceful as we arrived after tourist season. Close to beaches, Anne of Green Gables Heritage Park, and more. The home was clean and well stocked. Thanks for sharing your home and quaint island.

From start to finish, we felt very accommodated and impressed with the services at the Rustico resort. We had some issues with arriving at the dome on time, but David put us right at ease after communicating with him. Beautiful waterfront views and a really cool dome experience! Would recommend it to anyone considering a nice quiet getaway. :)

This is our third time at Moniques and it is more wonderful each time. Monique is a professional host and the house is spectacular. What a wonderful part of NB especially for us, as our kids are in French immersion. Beach right down from the house is beautiful and everything you need can be bought locally. We drove into Shediac for a couple patio meals and pier jumping. So sad to head home but we will be back to NB!

This beautiful retreat was exactly as described! Immaculate! Marissa and Paul-André were extremely helpful and quick to respond any questions we had! We felt very much at home! The hot tub is extremely near the patio doors which made our daughters who both use walkers have very easy access! They absolutely loved it! We would recommend this place a 100% ! We stay in the area a lot to visit family, and this was the best place we’ve stayed at yet. Floyd was very nice! He was super communicative and pleasant. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable. Really good spot to make your home base if you’re staying for a few days. We’ll stay there again, for sure 👍

What a beautiful paradise this place is.. We were greeted by Nancy as we got there and she answered every question we had. There was a delicious cheese cake from the local bakery in Sackville waiting for us. The place was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. Even down to Epsom salts for a relaxing bath in the soaker tub. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal with access to the barbecue. You can tell they take pride in their place and put their heart into this. The sauna was amazing. We enjoyed the sunrise and nice long walks on the beach and we were able to walk far out at low tide which was cool. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful oasis to rest and reset. And the fact that it was dog friendly for well behaved dogs was the cherry on the cake.

I have stayed at many Airbnbs.. This surpassed all of them ! what an amazing experience. Extremely great hosts and we look forward to coming back !

Bring a jar - for everyone to put $2 in every time they say “it’s so quiet here”. Peace, quiet, nature, all the amenities. The home was so clean. Everything was lovely. Perfect weekend get away, we will be back!

This home is truly amazing, a well laid out cottage with excellent views. It is very well stocked with games, books, movies, kitchen appliances, etc. Clean & cozy accommodations, the record player & woodstove were a hit & well used and spending time at the beach was what memories of made of. We could have stayed for much longer & would not have run out of things to do. Communication with Lori was very easy. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who is hoping to get away & relax.

Stephanie's cottage was wonderful! Exactly as pictured & she has thought of everything you would need when away from home. The cottage is full of light with an amazing view, very comfortable bed & lovely linens. We really enjoyed the nearby Point Prim Chowder House, you can walk in 10 min. & the food was delicious. Stephanie was easy to communicate with & gave very specific directions. Highly recommend this cottage for a quiet, peaceful vacation. Thank you Stephanie!

The cottage is in a fantastic location with stunning views. The kitchen was well-equipped, making our cooking very easy and enjoyable. Lisabelle was incredibly responsive and had everything thoughtfully prepared for our stay. We truly felt at home and highly recommend this place to our family and friends!
