Gorgeous seaside location with a river running between Noss from Newton with cliff paths and beaches galore. Local pubs, village shops and plenty of water to adventures on or countryside to walk.Set in a quiet location with breath taking views. House is not on waterside but up the hill. Cannot accept Sunday arrivals unless house is empty the day before

The Annex is to the side of the main property but completely private. The property is situated a short walk from the 'South West Coast Path' near the beautiful Bay of Wembury and the Great Mewstone. The area nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal for access to the local beaches and the coastal path. If you enjoy walking and exploring, the annex is ideal! There's couple of really nice pubs close by too. If you’re looking for a quiet coastal retreat then this is perfect.

The Garden House, Noss Mayo

The Garden House is a converted building next to a Victorian rectory. The accommodation & amenities are maintained to a high standard, our guests have use of their own private & enclosed garden which has lovely views across Middlecombe valley. We are located half a mile from Noss Mayo, which is a 15 minute footpath walk down the hill from the property. We are also close to the coastal path and only a 25 minute drive away from Plymouth city centre.
