It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. The entire house has just been renovated (July 2023) and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor shower and furniture. The entire house enjoys great brightness and privacy.

The patio is large and is perfect for relaxing in the shade of an impressive strawberry tree. A double bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom (windowless) with shower and the living room kitchen complete the accommodation. All rooms overlook the sea side. The outdoor area is furnished with a chaise longue and a large covered outdoor shower. A path leads to the beach in a minute!
