Europris, Coop Xtra and Meny, Pharmacy within walking distance of the apartment. We are a family of 3+2 cats living in the house above. We have an energetic 8-year-old girl, so there's a bit of hustle and bustle in the house. We're good playmates if anyone has children :)

This is a newly renovated basementflat with all fascilities. Situated in a quiet area, only five minuts walk from the oldtown, Kongstenhallen, bus stop and ferry. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events. Located close to shopping center/grocery store. Large and sunny veranda. Access to outdoor area, garden. We rent two units in the same house. If you need more beds, or if you travel with friends you want to have nearby, this can be arranged. A total of 9 beds, divided into two rental units.
