Here, you’ll find a nostalgic, older villa with plenty of character, comfort and a beautiful garden. The home has an open living room and kitchen with fireplace, two bedrooms, a nice bathroom with shower lovely garden with two large terraces and a charming outdoor living room. The garden has a newly built annex that consists of living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and a loft with a king size bed of 200*200 cm.

Trampoline and playhouse for the children. Walking distance to the sea. Popular beaches such as Ringshaugstranda and Skallevoldstranda only 10 minutes drive from the house. We primarily rent out to quiet families with children. The tenant must be at least 25 years old. The home is suitable for 7 people, plus any children in a travel cot (included).

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 350 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.

Huset har tre flotte uteområder som er møblert og god utsikt over fjorden. Verandaen strekker seg rundt huset og det er stor plen for barna å boltre seg på. Utestue med peis. Stor grill. Vi bor i huset til daglig og har to barn på 9+12 år så vi har uteleker/trampoline/SUP og annet som kan lånes. 5 soverom med gode senger.
