The location is great. Walking distance from Nouméa's best beaches, and lots of restaurants. The apartment is spacious, well equiped and clean. Worth the price. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The only minor points were a bed too soft to our liking, and for example, old empty olive oil bottle in the cupboard. A great stay overall.

We have spent several weeks in this wonderful apartment, perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It is located on the seventh floor, which is also the last floor of the building. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and comfortable bed linen. You have a 180 degree view of Anse Vata beach from the large terrace! The spectacular view where you can see the Kitesurfers on the left and the Windsufers on your right. There is also a garage and a specific place belonging to the apartment where you can park the car and an elevator from the garage up to the apartment. The entire building is secure. Very calm. A strong WiFi. This apartment is absolutely to be recommended. The host a very nice person. Responds and helps with everything you need. We thank him and his team for an incredible stay!

Élisabeth est en tous points une "super Hôte" très attentionnée, très à l'écoute et bienveillante. Trés soucieuse de savoir que tout se passait bien pour moi des mon arrivée, elle m'a permis de passer un excellent séjour. Le linge de maison est changé chaque semaine et l'accès a la piscine est très agréable. Un appartement très bien situé à 5 min des commerces et 10 min du centre-ville en voiture. Je recommande ce logement "ultra fonctionnel" où rien ne manque, un véritable nid douillet dans un jardin tropical zen. Encore merci pour tout "Babeth".

Le logement est très agréable. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Natacha est d'une très grande gentillesse et toujours disponible à vous aider. Un grand merci pour cet accueil. Je recommande vivement.

As a couple we had a wonderful stay at Vanessa's apartment. An initial glitch, due to AirBnb translator saying keys and not a white access card, like at a hotel, gave us an initial 10 mins of frantic searching on a midnight arrival. So beware the translation! 😁 I don't think the photos do the place justice. it's very big and spacious with lovely furnishings. The balcony at the front is very big, with a large dinig table, to eat,drink and watch the sunset, the balcony at the back sees the sunrise 😍 The king bed is so comfortable, the aircon keeps it cool. Very quiet all around the other apartments. We walked to many local restaurants as there's a large wide promenade that mainly them accessible. The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel. There's a gem of a restaurant that we visited regularly for dinner, called Chai de l'Hippodrome and its 5 mins away. Vanessa's kitchen had quality pans to cook with, which I really appreciated as someone who does cook. We'll definitely come back!

Great location easy walk to the beach through a walkway. Plenty of restaurants options and nice snorkeling from the beach (extreme left of beach)

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Situé a 2 pas de l'anse vata, on s'y sens en sécurité. Parking dans la rue mais il y a toujours des places dispo peu importe l'heure. Merci Solene.

Le logement m'a plu immédiatement ; il est spacieux, confortable et relativement calme. Il est conforme à la description. Le petit jardinet est protégé par une barrière qui assure un minimum d'intimité. C'est très agréable de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse. L'endroit est idéalement situé, proche des restaurants et de la plage, accessibles à pied. Camille et Ulysse sont adorables et très réactifs. J'ai apprécié leur manière de s'enquérir de mon bien-être. Dans la cuisine comme dans la salle de bain, on trouve quelques petites attentions qui facilitent la vie au cas où l'on aurait oublié de les apporter. Je recommande chaleureusement ce logement.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement était fonctionnel et propre, et la literie était top. Ce fut un très bon séjour.

Logement exceptionnel ! Très bien situé, très joli, des équipements parfaits, bref j ai adoré ce logement. De plus Émilie est adorable et joignable facilement. Pas de question à se poser pour la voiture car il y a une place de parking. Je recommande très vivement ce logement!!

Nous vous recommandons pour votre prochain séjour à Nouméa la chambre chez Madaleine. Nous avons trouvé son logement lumineux, chaleureux et très propre. Excellent séjour dans un appartement lumineux, spacieux et propre. L'environnement est agréable et sécurisant avec un accès facile à la plage et aux restaurants. Natacha est une hôte réactive et sympathique.

Séjour très agréable, appartement bien situé proche de toutes commodités. Merci à Cathie qui a fais le nécessaire pour nous laisser une nuit supplémentaire demandé le jour même. Je conseille cette appartement. Frédéric

Cédric et Cécile sont très gentils et réactifs. Superbe accueil. Le logement est fidèle à la description et convient parfaitement pour un séjour de longue durée. On s’y sent comme chez sois dès le premier jour. Je recommande à 200% !!

Une appartement agréable avec une belle décoration. Bien placé proche des restaurants et commerces accessibles à pieds. Parfait pour un séjour à Nouméa.
