I had a fantastic stay! Rodrigo was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions that made everything seamless. The place itself was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. I’ve already recommended it to friends and am looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend.

Everything was as advertised. I stayed for just over a week. Internet was strong. AC worked well. Location was very convenient. No complaints. 5 stars.

The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

i don't remember the last time I had such a pleasant accommodation. including, the photos should be updated because the apartment eh perfect. the bathrooms, the functional kitchen...anyway... I have nothing to say but perfection

I was very pleased with the apartment, which was exactly as in the pictures, was absolutely clean and with all the items as mentioned in the listing and a lot of privacy. The location catered to me very well. It is in a quiet area, very close to all services. Gilcilaine was extremely attentive, responding quickly. Including quite understanding with my arrival time that was very complicated due to flight cancellation. I recommend the apartment and I will certainly return if I have to take a new course nearby.

It was our second time renting this apartment and this time we stayed here for 4 months. Everything went very well. We love the strengths of the apt: it is wide, has a good service area, has 2 full bathrooms and the main one - it has enough work tables for 2 people who work from home.

Great stay! Several bars and close to everything. I only recommend to those who go to the hotel to bring some items if they want to order food. Cutlery and dishes, for example, were missed. Other than that, everything perfect.

This flat is located in the best spot of Belo Horizonte. It is very well equipped and decorated. Caretaker Margareth has been very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend to others.

We stayed at Marina's apartment in January 2025. There were four adults. We loved the apartment, super well decorated, complete, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen and laundry area. Everything is spacious, airy, pleasant. Communication with Marina was great. We had everything we needed in the apartment and during our stay. Good location in a residential neighborhood, well wooded and with shops nearby. We will recommend it and would love to return to the apartment!

i loved the stay! can rent fearlessly, the apartment is exactly the same as in the pictures, has all the utensils for a stay, it was delivered clean and smelling. the penthouse is a show apart and great to stay in the late afternoon. I would definitely get back to staying.

The experience I could perform with my family, exceeded our expectations, went beyond what was expected. Apto cozy, all in very good taste. A Fernanda a beautiful one, welcomed us from the moment we arrived until our exit. I'm sure we'll come back again. WE LOVE IT!!!

The apartment is extremely well located, with a supermarket in front, and several restaurants. The lobby of the building is very kind and helpful. Pude enjoy the comforts of the condominium such as the gym and the ballroom. Ana was very present in all our communications and helped us a lot with our needs.

Beautiful apartment that looks more like a home. We travel on the family Easter holidays and there we meet other family members. We were accommodated comfortably in this cozy apartment that is nicely decorated by the way. It doesn't look like you're in a capital city by silence. It has everything that describes the ad and is more beautiful than in the pictures and bigger than it looks. We made a lunch for many people and the utensils and pots were more than enough. I highly recommend and we intend to return!

Great apartment, great host, great location. This place was clean, centrally located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and has a fantastic view of Praca da Liberdade surrounded by beautiful Belo Horizonte. Can't wait to return.

Great stay in BH! Room super clean and with the practicality of an apartment but inside a hotel. Everything was perfect and the tub is very tasty!

We had a great stay! The space is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and well located. The host was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The only observation is the quality of the internet, which could be better. For those who need to work or depend on a more stable connection, it may be a point to consider. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend the venue!

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!
