Cozy space, welcoming atmosphere, in one of the most beautiful places in Minas Gerais. In our common area we offer a refrigerator, coffee maker, juice machine, stove, barbecue, tables and shower, so you can be totally at ease! Just sit on our deck and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature.

PRIVATE AND 100% EXCLUSIVE ENTRANCE (not shared). Renovated space of 20 m², in a SAFE AND QUIET residential neighbourhood, 10–15 min WALKING DISTANCE FROM SAVASSI. Sleeps up to 2 people. The space has THREE ENVIRONMENTS: bedroom, balcony and private bathroom. It has a DOUBLE BED, 40” LED TV, work desk, fan, coat rack, dining table, cutlery, kettle, microwave and clothesline. Everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. I am available to answer any questions!

It has solid wood furniture, an electric stove (two burners) with an exhaust fan, a microwave oven, a minibar, a portable fan and a Smart TV (with access to Netflix and dozens of channels over the Internet).
