The apartment is located in the attic of a renovated farmhouse, located in the village of Telecí in the Žďárské vrchy area in the Protected Landscape Area. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.
