Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, baby and travel crib. The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.

The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Even the journey is decelerating, by car, bus, train. The enchanting landscape of the Waldviertel, the wildly romantic Thayatal have a relaxing effect. Everything in the loft is thoughtful, minimalist, yet comfortable. Let your mind wander while looking out of the window into the garden. On the sofa, with a book from the in-house library. Cook your favourite dish in the fully equipped vintage kitchen.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
