We offer you a beautiful cottage in complete privacy surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in Malé Kyšice with a large garden, a stream lining the garden and a sauna. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor where there is a spacious double bed. There is also a living room and a dining room. One person can sleep on the leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The center of Prague is 21 minutes by train, accessible within a 10-minute walk. The separate apartment is located in a spacious garden shared with the owner, whose house is nearby. It offers a quiet environment. The layout includes a 15 m² bedroom with a double bed, a 5 m² bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet, a 13.5 m² hall and a 10 m² kitchen with all amenities including a coffee machine. There is a terrace. No smoking in the entire building, including the garden. Visits are allowed only by appointment.

The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).
