Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nowe Warpno

Very clean apartment, we were supposed to enter at 3pm, at 3:20 pm we still found the lady who was cleaning. There was no problem with the accommodation itself, I received clear instructions on what to do. Before the visit, I changed the number of guests that the guest quickly accepted. Very nice location, 10 minutes walk from the train station, next to many shops. The address of the apartment itself is wrongly marked on the map, so there was a slight problem getting to this address because the tag was in the middle of the intersection next to the theater.

It was a very nice place and everything worked out very well. Communication with Nicole was very good. We will be happy to come back thank you for the beautiful clean and modern accommodation.

Communication and check-in would be easy and straightforward. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and a great location. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and sufficiently varied. The juicer was great and the opportunity to have a coffee and a snack in the afternoon was fantastic. We got along well with English. All in all, very, very nice. If we come back to Szczecin (a really very beautiful city), then here ☺️

It was very nice to stay at this place. The location was also optimal as you could easily walk everywhere. Apartment was also clean and the decor was ideal. I would only recommend leaving the window closed over the night, otherwise it is quite noisy.

We always book the apartment with Kerstin when we visit our family. The apartment is just perfect for us in terms of location and amenities. Kerstin is a great host and responds quickly to any question. We are happy to come to Friedland.

Plus a pristine and cozy apartment of the highest standard. Quiet location, close to Netto and several restaurants and cafes. The boardwalk is a 30-minute walk away, but we knew it.

We felt completely comfortable in the spacious house with a beautiful and well maintained garden. All very clean and well appointed. The nearby "Milch Gas Station" has enriched our breakfasts, and the train connection from Groß Kiesow is also great. Dana and Tilo are wonderful hosts, it can't feel more comfortable! We had a very nice stay at the place. There are plenty of bedrooms, perfect for a large group! One of the three bathrooms is outside the house, so there were sometimes short waits for the remaining two bathrooms. The sauna, hot tub and game room are really great. There are many opportunities for activities. In the game room, some things were worn out, so you couldn't use everything. The firewood for the sauna and pool was not completely dry, so we had difficulty heating it up. It took longer, but when it worked out, it was wonderful! Finally, it should only be noted that the check-out time is quite early. Overall, our stay was super nice and we will be happy to come back to the lovingly furnished house.😊

We stayed at Aleksandra's place as a family and spent a few very nice days there. The house is with its location, right on the national park, is a good starting point for hikes in the area. Aleksandra has put together a lot of helpful tips here. The house also left nothing to be desired, very well equipped - we were happy to use the barbecue and fire bowl. Aleksandra was always available to us. Thanks for the wonderful time!

The stay at Jasper and Susanne's place was just perfect. We were able to recover well and were very well looked after by Susanne. She was always available for us and very, very nice. It was wonderfully quiet in the small cottage and the view of the pasture with the horses and the storks something special. There was enough space in the accommodation and the furnishings made us feel very comfortable - it was very cozy. We'll be back!

We were there with 12 people and had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were cozy, the amenities were as described. No neighbors are adjacent to the back of the house, so you could listen to music there without disturbing anyone. We recommend the place!

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden with swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: it is very cozily furnished, offers a lot of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (For our stay, however, there was also potato peeling) Our children slept upstairs towards the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear at all. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and offer numerous excursion options, so there is no guarantee that there is no boredom.

We had a perfect stay and might come back when it’s warmer to use the garden and BBQ area!

The place worth to come again.

This was by far one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It was very spacious, quiet, and close by to restaurants, stores, and entertainment. The apartment was clean, the host is easy to communicate with and made accommodations for us on short notice. I highly recommend a stay here and hope I have a chance to travel back and enjoy this space again.

We had a very relaxing week in the apartment. The decor is tasteful, everything was very clean - we felt really comfortable.

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean the beds were very comfortable for us. It was particularly positive that there are many things for the beach in the apartment. Umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and much more. In addition, there were more sets of the normal towel and bedding. In the kitchen there is everything important. It could have been more knives and plates - 1 set each, otherwise it will be a little scarce between breakfast and dinner. The host was quick in communication and always helpful. She speaks German, English and Polish, which was very convenient for us. A car parking space is available and the location is ideal for a short way to the beach.

We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D

We would like to thank Ms. Nina Bonge very much. From the beginning, all communication was extremely helpful and easy. The key handover also went wonderfully. The apartment was wonderful for us: 3 large bedrooms, for us the possibility of darkening to sleep was also very important. The terrace was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you needed (even a coffee machine). Very close to the REWE supermarket, only about 600 m to the beach and many restaurants. Another bonus point was the available bicycles. Thank you for that too. We did not use our car for 4 days at all. We hope we can and can come back. Everything was great! Doerthe and family from Berlin
