It looks beautiful in the photos, but in person it's A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER! The spotless energy of the place, combined with Mary's, made my first time on the Island a wonderful and expansive experience. I felt cared for by Mary even before my arrival and throughout my entire stay, of course. The place is Divine, very clean, the rooms much bigger than they seem and the beds and pillows very comfortable, when cooking we had everything we needed. The internet was very stable. Every detail is chosen with warmth and every gift from Mary made me feel very special. I will never forget that even a Yoga Mat was waiting for me when I said to Mary that mine would stay home. I enjoyed the balcony daily, seeing sunrises, listening to the lulling sea and contemplating its infinity every day. The delicious pool and the unit itself spectacular. The beach in front of the building is beautiful, the best part to enjoy the water is to the left. I'm leaving Dichosa!❤️?

Great location, very close to the most popular beaches of the island, especially Playa Guacuco and the Makay Club. A quiet overnight stay, surrounded by mountains and their wildlife, with the sound of the sea as a background musical thread and a lovely view. The house is comfortable, with multiple spaces that invite you to rest. The service was excellent, always attentive to details, and the food, really delicious. It was my first experience staying in a house in Margarita (I usually stay in hotels) and I was enchanted.

Very happy with my stay at Martha's apartment. It's the second time and I'll definitely be back soon. The apartment is in a building in very good condition and in an area close to shopping malls and the best gastronomic areas of Porlamar. I never ran out of water and electricity. It also offered cleaning service to the apartment whenever you want. I left very happy

This place has a beautiful view. Very nice apartment tidy and clean. It has everything you need. It has its own underground garage which comes in very handy. The location is also perfect as you not only have access to a Beach right In front… but also nearby restaurants. The best ones in Margarita. Access to the Building is super convenient from main avenues in the area. It’s the perfect spot to Stay in Margarita for social nights like dining. And then central to all the best Beaches on the island. The pool is also very nice, only used it once as I only wanted to spend time in the Beaches. Definitely worth your visit

Excellent experience, first time using the service and I recommend it with all confidence, we stayed for a week, the apartment is as it appears in the photos, it is clean, smells rich, the water arrives every day, the beds and the furniture in the room very comfortable has a spectacular view, equipped with all amenities, Mr. Victor immediately responded to any eventuality, very kind like the person in charge of the apartment, I felt at home, they can book with all security 🙌🏻

Probably, today located in the best area of the island. Very pleasant modern apartment with a lot of natural light facing the ocean with a fantastic view of the sea. In a island where water shortage is common, did not have any issue with it. Nice modern kitchen and appliances. Very pleasant stay and very friendly hosts. Will certainly return whenever possible

The accommodation was just perfect, better than I expected, which was quite a bit, because in the photos it looks very nice. the area is very quiet, it has two beaches next to it, one of them, is in the top 3 of the most beautiful ones that I have been to Margarita. Miguel was extremely attentive and suggested renting a motorcycle, which completely changed the perspective of the trip and made it even better. I would rent to Miguel again every time he fights.

The experience was great! We definitely felt at home, the apartment is very complete, they take into account all the details and are very attentive to guests. Mrs. Made is the best! It goes beyond a simple accommodation she makes the experience comfortable and unparalleled and is always waiting to answer any questions! The house is beautiful, the service is amazing. The only thing to take into account is that Playa El Agua is far from the city of the C.C. so if you have plans to go out and explore, you have to take that into account, and have a car. But to spend days at the beach and relaxing, it's perfect.
